When you create an account or begin using our platform, you're entering into a binding agreement with megacaviewfeed. If something here doesn't work for you, we'd rather you contact us before proceeding. These terms apply to all users accessing our services from Thailand and internationally.

We update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We'll notify you through email or platform announcements when significant changes occur. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically based on your chosen billing cycle. We'll charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing period. You can cancel anytime, but we don't offer prorated refunds for partial months.

Prices may change with 30 days advance notice. If you don't accept a price increase, you can cancel your subscription before the new rate takes effect. We process payments through secure third-party processors and don't store your complete payment card details on our servers.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day satisfaction window for new subscriptions. If our service doesn't meet your needs within the first two weeks, contact us for a refund. After that period, payments are non-refundable, though you can cancel to avoid future charges.

Intellectual Property Rights

All software, algorithms, interface designs, and documentation remain our property. When you subscribe, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for its intended purpose.

The reports and analyses you generate using our tools belong to you, but they're created using our proprietary methods. You can't extract our underlying algorithms or methodologies for use in competing products.

Limitation of Liability

Our financial analysis tools provide information based on mathematical calculations and data processing. They don't replace professional financial advisors, accountants, or investment consultants. You make your own business decisions based on the insights our platform generates.

We maintain the platform with reasonable care, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access or completely error-free operation. Technology sometimes breaks. We commit to fixing issues promptly when they occur.

We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. We use industry-standard encryption for data transmission and storage. Our servers are located in secure facilities with regular backups.

For users in Thailand, we comply with applicable data protection regulations. You have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact our support team to exercise these rights.

Service Modifications and Termination

Our Right to Modify

We regularly improve and update our platform. Sometimes that means adding features, occasionally removing outdated ones. We'll notify you of significant changes that affect functionality you rely on.

We reserve the right to discontinue services with 90 days notice, giving you time to export your data and transition to alternative solutions. In the unlikely event of service discontinuation, we'll provide prorated refunds for unused subscription periods.

Account Termination

You can close your account anytime through your account settings. We'll delete your data within 30 days of account closure, except where we're legally required to retain certain information.

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for extended periods. We'll usually send warning notices first, unless immediate termination is necessary to protect our systems or other users.

Dispute Resolution

If disagreements arise, let's try to work them out directly first. Contact our support team, and we'll escalate to management if needed. Most issues can be resolved through good-faith communication.

These terms are governed by Thai law. Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of Phuket, Thailand. However, we strongly prefer resolving issues outside of court when possible.

General Provisions

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right doesn't constitute a waiver of that right.

You can't transfer your account or rights under these terms to another party without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another entity in connection with a merger or acquisition.

These terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and megacaviewfeed regarding use of our platform.
